This is the Friday before and the Sunday after the Red Rock 4-Wheelers June Trail of the Month. Red Rock 4-Wheelers will be doing a trail in the San Rafael Swell area on Saturday June 18th. For information on what they will be doing and where and when to meet, check their website.

Lester and Ruth will be staying in Green River both Friday and Saturday night.

On Friday, June 17th, on our way to Green River we will be running a loop ride in the Book Cliffs. This ride is mostly in UT, would be rated a 1 or 2 and offers some very different views of the Book Cliffs area. If interested, meet at south City Market in Montrose at 9:15AM, with a full tank of gas, lunch, water, snacks, etc or you can meet us at I-70, UT exit 227 at approximately 11:15AM, also with all the usual stuff. NOTE: Please let us know if you will be meeting us at exit 227 so we know to look for you.

On the way home on Sunday, June 19, meet at the Silver Eagle gas station in Green River at 9AM with a full tank of gas, lunch, water, snacks etc. We will head east on I-70 and exit at exit 182 for Crescent Junction. We will head north and east following a trail which will get us into the Book Cliffs with views to the south of the interstate and maybe Arches NP. After our lunch stop, we will explore Sego Canyon north to the Ute Indian Reservation, then back to Sego ghost town and some pictographs. We Can air up at Thompson Springs, catch I-70 and head for home. This ride should take approximately 6 hours and is rated a 1 or 2.
